Westchester County Parks’ Learn to Swim program returns to teach residents ages three and older how to swim at Saxon Woods in White Plains, Sprain Ridge and Tibbetts Brook in Yonkers, and Willson’s Woods in Mt. Vernon. Two sessions are available.
