This exhibit explores the development of military equipment and technology across two and a half centuries of American history. Join author Kristine Paulus for a presentation to discover the extraordinary ways the rose has been depicted through time and across cultures, within and beyond the garden. Visit the American Rose Trials for Sustainability trial beds, where roses are evaluated for disease and pest resistance, flowering, foliage, plant form and growth habit in a truly “no spray” environment.
